Doris Wang

Biography

Doris received her Master's in Public Health degree in nutrition from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from North Dakota State University. Her route to becoming a registered dietitian nutritionist included a dietetic internship at St. Louis University. Much of her professional practice was in long term care facilities where she worked in clinical dietetics and foodservice management in St. Paul, Minnesota and as a consultant dietitian in northwestern Minnesota and in North Dakota. She also worked in the Survey and Compliance Division of the Minnesota Department of Health prior to her work in dietetics education. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Program Director for the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at UND.
